Supply

Most products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order, however at times certain product ranges will incur a longer delivery time period if there is low UK stocks or manufacturer delay [If your item is subject to a longer delivery period or delayed for any reason, a member of our sales team will contact you and provide an estimated delivery date].

Improving the customer experience and our customer service we are now able to provide estimated one hour time slots on day of delivery for many of our products.

Our standard delivery costs [including free delivery products] cover UK mainland only. Offshore, Scottish Highlands or international shipping costs are available on request.

A majority of our products were originally designed for trade use and as such require a certain level of competence and ability for installation. Detailed instructions are supplied with most products and full technical support is available for anyone wanting to take advantage of the large savings to be achieved by installing themselves. If in doubt we recommend you contact a member of our sales team to discuss the installation where they should be able to provide an idea of the level of installation difficulty for your chosen product before purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any responsibility or liability for damaged caused to vehicles through any product we have supplied.

Installation

We have a team of experienced mobile installers that are able to visit you either at home, work or onsite to carryout a professional installation of your chosen products. Our mobile installation vehicles are self contained and use their own power to operate tools allowing greater flexibility in the times and locations we can install. An onsite installation removes the hassle of finding time to deliver and collect your vehicle[s], which in turn will save you money by not having them off the road for that day.

If you’d prefer you can visit us in Banbury, Oxfordshire or one of our approved fitting centres, where we will happily carryout your professional installation [please book your vehicle in, prior to turning up as we cannot guarantee that we carry out an installation if you arrive without an appointment].

Our first installation appointment of the day is usually between 7.30-8.30am and the last around 2pm. Weekend and evening appointments can be made available for your added convenience.
